Mental health days are days you take off from work to focus on your mental well-being. They can be used when you're feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or simply mentally exhausted. These days give you the space to rest, engage in self-care, and reset before getting back to work.

Should I Use Mental Health Days?

Absolutely. Mental health days are not only necessary but can also be incredibly beneficial for your personal well-being and business success. Just like you would take a sick day for a cold or flu, mental health days allow you to prevent burnout and address your emotional or psychological needs.
